- Creation of a four-story 200 bed freshman residence hall

- The 52 unit elderly housing building is part of the rebirth of the once thriving
urban core of East St. Louis, Illinois. - The project is part of the community mission of St. Paul Baptist Church, one of the oldest African American Churches in the area.
